We have developed the MFC (Molded Frame Capacitor) type CL55C543JI6MPN#, which implements 54 nF at rated voltage 1000V in a 2220 inch (5.70 × 5.50mm) size, C0G (-55 to 125°C). Samples and technical support are available upon request.

Resonant DC-DC converters (C)LLC are being increasingly applied to high-voltage battery charging circuits to address demands including EMI noise reduction, support for high voltages, and efficiency. Resonant MLCCs should be designed with low ESR to minimize energy loss, maintain a stable performance under high-voltage operating conditions and ensure durability for long-term usage.
The 2220-inch Molded Frame C0G 1000V product provides a stable resonant frequency at high voltage with minimal loss and high reliability. It is a suitable solution for high-voltage battery charging circuits.
